Lost River Predators
Filmmaker and biologist Rainer Bergomaz forges his way into the rainforest of Guyana in search of rare species of animals and hits the jackpot: the harpy eagle and the black caiman. In these two installments, we follow Bergomaz as he captures the extremely rare harpy eagle on film, encountering many other rare species on the way, and examines the behavior of the black caiman, probably the largest predator of the Americas. To top off his expedition, he even dives with the giant reptiles!
