With storm season off to a quiet start in 2013, builder Kevin Barton reveals his new creation: "Dominator 3," a massive steel-plated tank designed to withstand the forces of strong tornadoes. Reed hopes that this year, all three of his Dominator vehicles can surround a tornado while collecting scientific data and extreme footage.
